About Dispatch Collective
It all started with the desire to see new perspectives through photography and to build community in the process.
Dispatch Collective is a space for seeing our world through different lenses.
The power of a photograph is greater than a thousand words. However, it takes a willingness and an open mind to see our world in a different perspective. It’s a lofty vision to focus photography around the idea of people seeing new perspectives through photos and videos AND to build community in the process but it’s a positive vision to believe in.
We believe in a visual’s power to change how we think about people who are different from us and places that are unfamiliar to us.
These values have been the foundation for the work we have done over the years through the Exhibition Photo Series and for past work photographing communities, people, architecture, events, and travel locations.
We welcome you to explore this space and encourage you to reach out and have a conversation with us on your work, ideas, and perspectives you’d like to share with our communities.
“Let this be a place to step into someone else’s shoes and see the world from their perspective. Perhaps we would be more understanding of each other. Perhaps it would make us a better, stronger society.”

About the Founder
Urban explorer.
Photographer.
Tobin founded Dispatch Collective (formerly 7521 Photography) to use his years of experience in urban planning, exploration in photography, and his global travels to provide new perspectives and bring communities together through photography, conversations, and walking tours.
Always up for an adventure, Tobin is an avid explorer of the environment around him. Whether it’s in Philly, Seoul, or Barcelona, you’ll find him taking photos and videos of the big and little moments, always looking for a good story to tell.
Tobin’s appetite for exploration started when he was young, observing the landscape from the car window, walking down the lane to his family’s farm, and listening to stories from his elder family members.
