Tiny Streets Big Eats Tours

Participation and walking conditions
Tiny Streets Big Eats is a guided walking experience through public streets, sidewalks, parks, and local businesses in Philadelphia. Participants should be prepared to walk for approximately two hours. The route may include uneven pavement, cobblestones, curbs, street crossings, crowds, changing weather conditions, and other conditions normally encountered while walking in the city.

By participating, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to use reasonable care for your own safety throughout the experience.

Food and dietary restrictions
Food and beverages purchased from businesses along the route are optional unless specifically stated as included in the tour price.

Participants should notify Tiny Streets Big Eats of food allergies or dietary restrictions before the tour. Because food is prepared by independent restaurants and may be shared among participants, Tiny Streets Big Eats cannot guarantee that any food will be free from allergens or cross-contact. Participants are responsible for determining whether a food or beverage is appropriate for them and should confirm ingredients directly with the food provider when necessary.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another person with advance notice.

If Tiny Streets Big Eats cancels a tour, guests will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to another available tour date.

Weather and route changes
Tours may proceed in light rain or other normal seasonal weather. Tiny Streets Big Eats may modify the route, food stops, or itinerary when necessary because of weather, business availability, street conditions, closures, or other circumstances outside its control.

If weather or other conditions make the tour unsafe and Tiny Streets Big Eats cancels the experience, guests will receive the option of a refund or transfer to another available date.

Arrival
Guests should arrive at the meeting point by the stated start time. Because the tour moves along a set route, late arrivals may not be able to join the group. Missed tours resulting from late arrival are non-refundable.
